Felicity’s client has been found not-guilty, twice, at the conclusion of a trial and then a re-trial in the Central Criminal Court, London. In 2023 a jury returned not guilty verdicts for the defendants in the case, but then claimed there had been a ‘mistake’.
Felicity and Jade Gambrill of LF Law were instructed by Jo Chart of Sperrin Law, who applied to the High Court for writ of Habeas Corpus in the year before the re-trial. The re-trial jury deliberated for 55 minutes before acquitting the defendants of murder, and the alternative charge of manslaughter.
