Felicity continues her work as lead counsel to Mr Ismet Bahtijari in the Kosovo Specialist Chambers. In recent news, the Kosovo Specialist Chambers announced that Ismet Bahtijari had entered into a plea agreement with the Specialist Prosecutor. On 19th December Felicity appeared in front of Trial Panel I to give submissions in mitigation for Mr Bahtijari, with Co-Counsel Marion Carrin, Legal Associate Yuqing Liu and support team members appearing via videolink.
