Cited in the Law Commission’s homicide consultation

Felicity’s chambers, Libertas, confirmed she has been cited in the Law Commission’s Consultation Paper on Homicide, in the chapter addressing autism and allegations of joint enterprise. The citation follows the case of Alex Henry, whose sister Charlotte May Henry said she was “grateful and encouraged” to see it referenced.

It follows Felicity’s continued commentary on joint enterprise this year, including questions she raised in July about the line between inference drawn with hindsight and proof of a defendant’s actual intention, prompted by a new BBC documentary on the joint enterprise conviction of Rachel Fulstow.
