On the 29th of April, Felicity spoke with fellow panelists, Dame Vera Baird KC, Charlotte Henry, Dr Patrick Williams on a panel chaired by Helen Mills for the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies on joint enterprise: ‘Joint Enterprise in the balance?’. The panel explored the reasons why it has been so difficult to achieve legislative change, as well as the current challenges faced by those in the criminal justice system.
