Felicity is referred to several times during the Law Commission of England & Wales Criminal Appeals Consultation Paper, for her work on routine refusals in joint enterprise appeals, interlocutory appeals, visual recording of trials, and access to the docket.

The Law Commission also mentions Alex Henry’s case in their consultation paper, highlighting the Court of Appeal’s refusal to admit expert evidence on autism – which has ultimately led to the submission to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Committee, which Felicity drafted in 2024.

More information on the Consultation, including background information and how to make submissions is available on the Law Commission website here.
