In February Felicity appeared as counsel assisting the Westminster Commission for Joint Criminal Enterprise, which was launched in 2024 by the new All-Parliamentary Group on Miscarriages of Justice chaired by the Labour MP Kim Johnson MP.
The Commission offers a chance for for academics, legal experts, campaigners, and those affected by joint criminal enterprise laws in the UK to provide written evidence on the practice that allows multiple people to be prosecuted and punished for the same offence.
The deadline for submission of evidence is 1 May 2025 and the call can be read here.
