Felicity successfully defends allegations of historic sexual offending where the prosecution offered no evidence after receipt of an abuse of process argument. The issue of costs for a privately paying client is ongoing. Felicity recently recovered just over £33,000 for a private client after a finding of improper conduct by the prosecution.
