Felicity delivered a three-part CPD series for the Tanganyika Law Society this August, in partnership with Lawyers Without Borders, focused on cross-examination and international advocacy.
The series opened on 8 August with “Mastering the Art of Cross-Examination of Children and Other Vulnerable Groups: Lessons from International Best Practice,” followed on 15 August by “Cross-Examination as the Best Tool in Prosecuting or Defending Your Case: Purpose, Structure and Judgment.” It closed on 23 August with “Best Practices in Defending Clients in International Courts and Tribunals: Lessons From Practitioners.”
