Felicity spent some of May in Kuwait, where she spoke on panels at the Law, Ethics and Armed Conflict Conference on the intersection between international criminal law and Islamic law, and on corporate liability for war crimes. The conference was organised by The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate of Operation Spartan Shield, the Human Rights Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), Advocates Group Academy and JuraLaw.
