On November 30 Felicity took part in the Association of Defence Counsel practising before the International Courts and Tribunals Conference in the Hague, speaking on the ‘Everything ICL all at Once’ panel with Marie O’Leary, Kate Gibson, Dr Dov Jacobs, Kerrie Ann Rowan and Gyo Suzuki. Felicity spoke about equality of arms, highlighting the advantages of appointing defence counsel at the investigative stage, and the impressive capacity of defence counsel working in ICL.
