On November 20th Felicity was in the Hague appearing in Trial Chamber X at the International Criminal Court as part of Mr Al Hassan’s defence team. Mr Al Hassan was convicted of some of the charges brought against him earlier in 2024, however, notices of appeal against the verdict have been filed by the Defence and the Prosecutor.
