In 2021 Felicity collaborated with Daye Gang to publish a legal memo for Justice for Myanmar and the Australian Centre for International Justice which made clear the due diligence obligations on the Singapore Stock Exchange and possible liability on the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Singapore Government regarding business dealings with the Myanmar Military.
On 19 August 2024 Justice for Myanmar released a press statement regarding the continued involvement of Emerging Towns and Cities (a Singapore based company) in funding the Myanmar army, despite its alleged commission of war crimes and crimes against humanity in contravention of international law.
