This month Felicity was interviewed for ‘In it Together’ a new podcast produced by EarWorm Productions in collaboration with the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies and JENGbA. ‘In it Together’ is an in-depth exploration of ‘joint enterprise’ – the principle of English law that allows people to be convicted of serious offences despite having very little or no involvement in its commission.
