In December, Felicity made a short but impactful submission to the Law Commission’s call for evidence for their review on homicide law. She addressed a number of areas for reform, including the separation of the GBH rule from murder, complicity in homicide cases, infanticide, consent and so-called “mercy killings,” as well as cases involving domestic violence and coercive control.
