Felicity delivered her paper on international cooperation at the Universitas Indonesia in Jakarta. The conference was attended by delegates from around the world including the American and Palestinian ambassadors to Indonesia.

This was an introductory paper which has been submitted for publication in the Indonesian Journal of International Law.
