Felicity was delighted to speak at the 2025 Anti-Slavery Forum alongside her assistant and co-author, Phillipa Stafford, on the preliminary findings from the forthcoming report (a result of a 3 year project funded by the Victorian Legal Services Board) on human trafficking/modern slavery and the experiences of women in the Victorian criminal justice system. The panel, chaired by the NSW Anti Slavery Commissioner, examined the practical application of the non-punishment principle in Australia (or, rather, the lack thereof) and also featured contributions from Ambassador Jane Duke and Dr Nicole Siller.
Stay tuned for the release of Felicity and Phillipa’s report – coming soon!
