On 30 November the Association of Defence Counsel practicing before the International Courts and Tribunals will hold their conference, ‘Finding Fair Trials: How decades of defence issues still threaten fair trial rights today’ in the Hague. Felicity will speak on a panel reflecting on case updates and today’s fair trial rights with Marie O’Leary, Kate Gibson, Dr Dov Jacobs, Kerrie Ann Rowan and Gyo Suzuki.
