Felicity is acknowledged in the latest report on joint enterprise law from the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies (UK), by Nisha Waller. The legal dragnet ‘examines the law and prosecution practice concerning secondary liability, often referred to as ‘joint enterprise’.
The report looks at the risks of the current laws, finding they are vague and wide in scope and cause systemic injustice.
