In early October Felicity spoke to Kylie Pentelow on the Innocence Podcast about the doctrine of ‘Joint Enterprise’ – a controversial feature of UK criminal law that allows people to be convicted of crimes to which they did not actively contribute.
A longtime campaigner in changing the law on Joint Enterprise, in 2016 Felicity led the defence in R v Jogee, a landmark UKSC decision that there had been an error of law for 30 years in the law of complicity.
